Pago de los Capellanes “Doroteo”

Crafted from 90-year-old vines on gravel-rich soils, this is a powerful, age-worthy wine aged for 36 months in fine-grain French oak and a further 24 months in bottle. It reveals deep flavors of plum sauce, balsamic, mocha, and spice box, underpinned by muscular structure and complexity.

Pago de los Capellanes “Parcela El Nogal”

From a 6-hectare vineyard at 950 meters elevation, this wine is a pure, high-altitude expression of Tempranillo. Precision-crafted through low-temperature maceration and long fermentation in wooden vats, it matures 18 months in French oak. Expect aromas of violets, licorice, roasted coffee, and smoky notes, with a silky, meaty palate and a persistent finish.
