Details
It is the wine from their best vineyards at the top of the Sierra de los Agudos. Harvest in boxes, cleaning the whole grapes on the table, treading of the grapes in small barrels, spontaneous natural fermentation without temperature control. Wet the hat twice a day. Aged for 11 months in 1000 liter French oak barrel.
Tasting Notes
The color is dark red, and the scent is elegant and mixed with notes of wild berries and herbs. The taste is clean, refreshing and with a nice sense of harmony.
