Winemaking
In the cellar, the grapes, after destemming and slight crushing, fermented naturally. Part of the lot aged 6 months in used French oak barrels. The wine was not filtered. It was bottled in June 2017. Throughout the process, SULPHITES WERE NOT ADDED.
Tasting Notes:
At first, it is closed. Once decanted and oxygenated the authenticity of the grape varieties is revealed, with a present and lively fruit, clear and authentic. The sensations transmitted throughout the tasting are in constant evolution. A wine to discover!
