Date Harvested: 4th week of September.  ere is a selection of over ripened grapes. Handpicked harvest.

Process
Traditional wine making, fermented under temperature control, followed by 20 hours maceration with skin contact. 

Aging
Aging in new French oak barrels during 1 and a half month. 

Serve At: 8ºC.
